Eliminate distractions. Get projects done. Overcome Internet addiction. Start time limited sessions when you block emails, instant messengers (Skype, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ) and all or selected websites (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Take regular breaks, lock screen every e.g. 30 mins for 5 mins so you don't spend long hours at your monitor.
