Overview
RA Outlook Attachment Reminder is a powerful Microsoft Office Outlook Add-In which scans all outgoing emails and notify if it find any specific keywords like “attachedâ€, “see attached†etc but no file is attached. Then it asks if you meant to attach a file before sending the email and give you chance to attach file(s).
Our RA Outlook Attachment Forget Reminder application comes with variety of different additional features which help you to modify according to you needs.

Features
Enable Attachment Reminder For Outlook
Easy to enable or disable this add-in. If this option is checked the will be enabled. You will receive notification when you sending an email and forget to add the attach files.
Always remind of the attachment for all out going emails
You can set to alway notify / remind to make sure all attachments have been attached to this email. Click on "Yes" to send the email or "No" to cancel sending
Only Notify if any specify keyword found
You can enter the list of keyword that you want Outlook Attachment Reminder to scan the email message and notify if no attachment found. It support unlimited number of keywords. Each keyword are separate by newline.
Ignore notification on reply or forward messages
You can set to ignore on notification on reply or forward messages, which means scan only on new messages
Number of files included in your signature
You can enter the number of files included in you signature or v-card so RA Outlook Attachment reminder will reduce the total number
