Kutools for Word brings high efficiency to process word documents. Adding three tabs (including Kutools tab, Link tab and General tab) into the word ribbon interface, this application allows you to rename and copy multiple opened documents, insert captions, switch among multiple opened windows, opened documents with a group and so on.
On Kutools tab, the file group is like a collection of tools, helping you better open, edit and manage files in a convenient way, such as reload the current document, batch copy all files, rename the document and so on. The document group allows you to add, delete, and manage documents as the IE favorites do, which includes Add To Document Group and Organize Document Group. And Windows Group helps you easily manage multiple Word document windows. You don't need to worry if it is hard to select the right document among all them, or find that too many windows occupy too much space of the screen.
On Link tab, Advanced Captions group inserts caption to tables, figures and equations in the document. The captions can be helpful, because it not only makes the article more succinct, but also helps users finding the tables, pictures and equations in a quicker way. If an article is too long for you to find some certain paragraphs, just use the function of Bookmarker to quickly move to the place you have marked before. Bookmarkers can be moved from one to another by clicking the Previous or Next button. The group of Advanced Hyperlinks can batch create or remove hyperlinks with the certain keywords in the document. Unlike Word built-in hyperlinks, you don't need to create or remove all links one by one.
On General tab, you can batch change all manual line breaks to paragraph marks, or batch change all paragraph marks to manual line breaks. Or you can use the Select group to select the captions, all types of paragraphs, tables and defined rows or columns.
