A complementary application to MembershipPro for book library management by churches, schools and clubs.
Use for book searching and retrieval. Leverages the MembershipPro personal and youth database to add check-out or check-in of books. Teams with MembershipPro Finance to track fines and general usage costs.
Highlights:
- Non-librarian search screen includes: Title, Author, Subject, Publisher, Call number, Category, Year published, Inventory number and availability.
- Librarian edit screen adds: Checked out / in, Reserved, Due date, Patron (who a book is checked out to), ISBN, Illustrated, Number of pages, Purchase price, Vendor, and Date acquired.
- Transaction history screen shows books currently checked out, checked in, overdue or having paid or unpaid fees.
- Windows 2000, XP and Vista support.
- Export reports word processors or spreadsheets using .RTF, .XLS, or .PDF file formats.
