This application,"DielectricTest", does dielectric testing for stationary cycle and other products. This Dielectric Test software was written to create download and store test parameters required for the testing of insulation using a Sefelec Dielectric unit to test ground continuity and current leakage. Programm download in this version is effected via a IEEE card interface. Up to 3 Test units may be controlled via the software and setting the Primary Address of Device.
